A few years ago, Rob was shot while on a retreat overseas, and the community united with an outpouring of love and support for Rob and his family. Today, Rob seems to have made a miraculous recovery, returning to his life passions. Not only has he served as one of our sport's premiere professionals on skates but he has also promoted rollerblading as a teacher, mentor, and role-model to countless others.
