Roll Minnesota goes back to the Worst Skatepark Ever

“THIS IS THE WORST SKATEPARK I'VE EVER SKATED!

In this episode we take social distancing to a whole new level, by revisiting the worst skatepark I've ever skated (perhaps the worst skatepark in Minnesota) . . . NORWOOD YOUNG AMERICA SKATEPARK! NYA is a rural town about an hour and half southwest of Minneapolis. Two years ago, Kasey Schmitz and I decided to check it out and what we found was truly terrifying: deteriorating ramps, missing screws, illogical ramp placement, and even a sliver forest! Perhaps the most interesting (and fun) feature was a grind rail made out of train tracks!

For this episode, I decided to return to the Norwood Young America skatepark and do some social distancing with the whole skatepark to myself! Skating here wasn't easy, but I actually managed to do a few tricks and have fun in the process. Unless you like self-inflicted suffering, this is one park you should probably avoid!
